Tammy Metzger graduated this past June from Bastyr University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science & Wellness.

She has attained her Level 2 (Expert) Coaching Certification through USA Cycling, and was an attendee of the 2006 USAC Cycling Summit, where she embraced the opportunity to learn from many brilliant minds including Joel Friel, Hunter Allen, Kristen Dieffenbach PhD, Andy Pruittt EdD, Massimo Testa MD, Stephen McGregor PhD, and Bob Seebohar RD, to name just a few.

As an assistant coach for Team in Training (TNT) for 3 programs in 2004, Tammy learned how to work with and motivate people from very diverse backgrounds.

She was TNT Coaching certified by Arnie Baker, MD, and while attending two Carmichael training camps in 2003 & 2004 she was exposed to the tutelage of Chris Carmichael, Dean Golich, Kathy Zawadzki, Mari Holden, and Katie Compton.
