Hawaii Training Camp (Spring, 2009)

Unfortunately because of the limits put on non commerical housing on Maui, our trip for '08 will not happen. Stay tuned for 09.

This camp will focus on the off-season in cycling which is the most important time to prepare for the following year. Cycle University's Hawaii Training Camp will help you evaluate the 2008 riding schedule and create a solid base for the following year's training.

Many coaches say that the off-season for cycling is the most important season of all to create a solid base for the cardio and muscular systems. In turn, this will reduce the risk of injury and increase your endurance on the bike.

Additionally, enjoy breath taking scenery, great food, and excellent company in Maui, Hawaii!

Guide & Support
Our local guide, Donnie Arnoult, and his “Go Cycling Maui” team of support staff and a full service bikeshop close to our accommodations to take care of any mechanical needs we have.

We start rides at 8:00AM so you have every afternoon to explore, surf, lounge, sunbathe, fish, eat, be a tourist or spend time with your family/friends.
