Indoor Spin, TT, Seminars
During the cold and wet winter months, it is a great time to work on form and technique yet, also develop power for the next cycling season. Cycle U provides indoor spin, time trial, and seminars to keep athletes fresh and motivated.
Road
Road 101 – 301 classes offer something for every cyclist. From your first group ride, to pacelines, corners, hills or drafting, you will find the best classes to teach you the fundmentals of great road riding.
CycloCross
Cyclo-Cross is hard, technical and fast, requires special equipment, a strong cyclist who is a good runner, and it's fun. Best of all, no matter how much running a course may offer, 'cross races are still bike races, and only skilled racers have a chance to win. What athlete wouldn't want to be part of that combination?
Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is a fledgling discipline compared with other forms of bicycle racing, but it has all of the elements of classical cycling tradition: adversity, speed, unpredictability and rugged individualism
Fitness/Recreational
Cycling is an excellent hobby which provides great scenery, better health, environment preservation, cheap entertainment, and a great way to meet new friends.
MultiSport
An fun and challenging athletic event in which participants compete without stopping in several successive events, usually long-distance combinations of swimming, bicycling, and/or running.
