Cancellation Policy Coaching: All monthly coaching clients are required to provide minimum two weeks notice prior to cancellaton of coaching services. Pre-paid Services and Classes (Classes, Private Lessons): 48-hour notice of inability to attend a pre-paid clinic/service allows for 50% refund -or- transfer to one of your friends. For a full refund, please provide ONE WEEK notice of need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments for non-pre-paid Services (Bikefits, Testing, Indoor Racing, Coaching Consultations): 48 hours notice requested. Cycle University does not have typical business hours. When you schedule a service with one of our coaches, we are preparing our facility specifically to meet with you. Out of consideration for coaching schedules, please provide a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice. Thank you.
