Classes & Coaching



Private coaching is the fastest and most efficient way to gain fitness. Beyond guiding your daily training, our coaches apply their own experience in competition to as mentors in all aspects of your sport. Every coach has elite-level competition experience in at least two disciplines, including road racing, cyclocross, track racing, triathlon/duathlon, mountain biking, ultra-endurance, and BMX.

Our first offerings, and perhaps our most renowned, are our wide assortment of group classes. We offer everything from introductory road classes that teach the fundamentals of riding in pace lines and safe bike handling, to advanced bootcamps for nearly every discipline of the sport.

Fitness Testing

Performance Testing provides quantitative benchmarks of fitness.  Understanding the fluctuations in your fitness gives you the information you need to train correctly, track improvement and produce the best performance possible.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are one-on-one sessions between you and a Cycle University coach.  These lessons can cover anything you want, from basic bike maintenance to learning to use clipless pedals to commuting safely.
