Some of Cycle U’s first offerings, and perhaps our most renowned, are our wide assortment of innovative group classes. We offer everything from introductory road classes that teach the fundamentals of riding in pacelines and safe bike handling, to advanced race classes for nearly every discipline of the sport.

When the days get shorter and darker we also offer a popular indoor training series called Indoor Cycling™, providing participants with periodized training plans, testing, and a warm, dry, friendly, and rockin’ place to train. See the bottom of this page for registration information.

Intermittent Cycle U Bootcamps focus on specific disciplines intensely for two to six weeks and mix skill practice with challenging group workouts. These are currently offered for Road Hills, Triathlon and Cyclocross.

Testimonials:

"The bootcamp not only taught me everything I needed to improve, it gave me a great workout and taught me how to think like a hill climber". Dan E

"Craig, Thank you for a great Road 201 class, and I have to share my story of how it saved my life on my commute last week. I was riding down the xxxxxxxxxxxx road and a car pulled out from a blink driveway. I used the e-stop and turning techniques without even thinking, almost getting to a stop but then having to crank the turn at the last minute. I learned much more than this but these two basic skills need to be mandatory for every rider out there who wants to be safe. Keep up the good work.....". Jerry M

Our Teams are open to new members and also offer many "how-to" clinics as part of the team package, please go HERE for more information on our Road, Cyclocross, Mountain and Triathlon Teams.
