Team Director Tom Roseberry's Background:

Tom Roseberry began his athletic career as a rower, growing up on the lakes of Orcas Island, WA. After a successful junior rowing career he moved across the country to compete for Boston University in the Eastern Sprints League while earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering. His free time was spent coaching the BU Academy Rowing Team and the Community Rowing Program based out of the BU boathouse.

After college Tom picked up triathlon while working as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry. The focus and motivation to learn built up in rowing was transferred to a new sport and he became fully immersed. Having raced all over the US (including Wildflower, Steelhead 70.3, Oceanside 70.3, Silverman Half, World’s Toughest Half and the American TTT) he regularly places top ten and wins his age group at local triathlons. Over the last three years he worked part and full time at Triumph Multisport, gaining an insider’s perspective of the industry. His clients have included Ironman finishers and age group winners and he is currently working on a second Bachelor’s in Basic Medical Sciences with the goal of earning a PhD in Physiology.
